Should the balloon ride be cancelled due to critical weather conditions or should it be necessary to change the launch site, we will contact you one day in advance by email or by phone at the number you have provided. The colourful hot air balloons will start up every day for passenger rides into the winter sky. The 5-hour experience includes: greeting & registration, safety briefing, invitation to help inflate and deflate the balloon, balloon ride, landing, transport back to the launch site, and the traditional certificate presentation and reception.
