ACHENSEE HIKING PROGRAMME We walk to the biomass cogeneration plant and follow the forest path to the Adlerhorst. After a short ascent, we arrive at the panorama trail leading to the Zöhreralm mountain hut (1,334 m).

Start your day with a sunrise hiking tour to the Astenau Alpe and enjoy the beautiful view from top and the mountain breakfast.

ACHENSEE HIKING PROGRAMME The Karwendel Nature Park rangers will take us on a discovery tour to the Feilkopf mountain (1,562 m). Equipped with Swarovski binoculars, we will explore the alpine flora and fauna.

On this moderately difficult full-day tour your guide takes you to the golden eagle habitat on the Feilkopf mountain. Watch golden eagles and learn interesting facts about the kings of the sky. Binoculars by Swarovski Optik will be provided.

ACHENSEE HIKING PROGRAMME The Karwendel Nature Park rangers will take us to the romantic Unterautal valley and to the Moosenalm. Equipped with Swarovski binoculars, we will watch marmots, and with a little luck we will catch a glimpse of chamois and ibexes at the Schreckenspitze mountain.

Are you new to rock climbing or looking to sharpen your existing skills? Professional mountain guides assist you in developing the correct techniques and essential knowledge for rock climbing.

ACHENSEE HIKING PROGRAMME  The guide will take us on a challenging full-day hike to a summit in the Rofan mountains.Tours will start at the valley or mountain stations of the Rofan cable cars. We will select our destination depending on weather and trail conditions. Tour suggestions are welcome.

ACHENSEE HIKING PROGRAMME

Join our guided herb walks in the Nature Park Karwendel and discover some of the beautiful plants that grow around us. As we walk along, the guide explains the properties of these plants and we´ll also try some samples. Tours will be in German.

The "Achensee via ferrata camp" is run by certified mountain guides who assist participants in developing the required techniques, knowledge, and confidence to climb via ferrata. The guides also share information about equipment and how to stay safe in the mountains.

YOUTH PROGRAMME ACHENSEE

We start by exploring the countryside on Segways. Trendy, ingenious and eco-friendly, these two-wheeled vehicles can be steered in any direction simply by shifting your weight. To cool off, we head out on the lake in a canoe.

CHILDRENS' PROGRAMME ACHENSEE

A very special experience awaits you today at the Adler bakery in Achenkirch. This is a dream come true for Kasimir Kräutermandl.

ACHENSEE HIKING PROGRAMME

We will explore the area surrounding the Gramai Alm mountain hut. The ranger will take us on a tour and explain the history and geology of the Nature Park Karwendel and the daily work of the rangers. Tours will be in German.

Lights at night! As soon as it gets dark at Lake Achensee, we will walk through the night together with you and your parents. A fabulous experience for the whole family!
